How it works
From sale to redemption
Templates & printing
Under Settings → Voucher print templates you set the paper size, colors, wording and logo height – in German and English. Once paid, your buyer can print the voucher themselves.
Gifting & delivery by post
Give vouchers away by email or for printing, each with its own code. You can also send purchased vouchers by post – to the buyer or straight to the person receiving the gift.
Redeem with code and PIN
Online, your guest redeems with the code and the PIN from the voucher. Once a voucher is attached to a booking, you redeem it in the backoffice or in the partner app via “Redeem voucher” – no PIN needed.
Every order at a glance
Under Voucher orders every sale is listed with buyer, amount, state, voucher code and invoice. Gifted vouchers carry the origin “Gifted internally”, and orders to be posted are found with the filter “To dispatch”.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the PIN on the voucher for?
A purchased or gifted voucher can only be redeemed online with proof: the four-digit PIN from the voucher or the email address it was sent to. The code alone is not enough. The exceptions are older vouchers that were printed without a PIN before PINs were introduced and are marked “Redeemable without a PIN” on the detail page. The PIN is on the printout and in the PDF, not in the email text. Discount codes you hand out yourself need no proof.
Can I send vouchers by post?
Yes. Under Settings → Vouchers you switch on sending by post and set the postage, handling time and label. Per template you decide: by email only, by email and optionally by post as well, or by post only. When buying, your customer chooses whether the envelope goes to them, straight to the person receiving it or to a different address.
Do vouchers work for events too?
Yes. An event voucher covers one place, a value voucher pays part of the price, and a discount code reduces it. Your guest enters the code on the event page or in the booking widget. If the booking is cancelled before the event date, the voucher becomes valid again automatically.
