Who we are
VidiReserve is a product of VidiScope GmbH, Römerstr. 27, 89250 Senden, Germany. The company was founded in 2026 and builds on more than 20 years of experience in web development and software for hospitality and retail. The managing director is Valentin Schierhuber. The company family also includes the time-tracking product VidiClock; more about the company can be found at vidiscope.com.
What VidiReserve is
VidiReserve is a commission-free reservation system for restaurants and a booking system for events and classes. Businesses use it to manage table reservations, guest data, messages, the waiting list, events and classes in one place. The booking flow can be embedded into your own website as a widget, staff get apps for iOS and Android, and point-of-sale systems such as orderbird and SumUp can be connected. The interface and guest communication are available in German and English.
Our principles
- No commission. You pay a monthly fee — regardless of how many guests book through VidiReserve.
- Guest data belongs to your business. You remain the controller under the GDPR; we process the data on your behalf.
- Being listed is optional. You decide whether your business appears on the guest portal vidireserve.com. VidiReserve works as your own system — there is no mandatory marketplace.
- Operated in Germany. The application and its data are hosted on servers in Germany.
