POS integration and reports

VidiReserve can be connected to your POS system: after the bill is printed, the corresponding reservation is closed automatically and the table becomes free again — no extra step during service. The POS data feeds into your reports, together with occupancy, peak times and no-show rate: the numbers you plan staff and purchasing with.

Your daily tool stays deliberately simple: a digital reservation book with day view and floor plan where online, phone and walk-in reservations come together. You set up the POS connection in the backoffice with a few clicks — connected via a secured interface with its own API key.
