Subscription & invoices
In your subscription you choose the right plan, enter your billing details and decide how you pay. All features are included in every plan — the plans differ only in how many tables or events you can offer online at the same time.
Choose & book a plan
In the sidebar, open My Subscription and click Book plan.
- Choose a plan and the billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Each plan shows how many tables or events it covers; use All features included to expand the full feature list.
- Add your billing details (company, address, email, optionally a VAT ID).
- Choose the payment method: card / SEPA direct debit with automatic renewal (charged securely via Stripe) or bank transfer on invoice.
- Confirm via Book bindingly. With card/SEPA you are taken straight to secure payment.
Payment methods
You pay in two ways: by card or SEPA direct debit via Stripe — the amount is then charged automatically — or by bank transfer. For bank transfer you receive the invoice by email with an XRechnung attachment for your accounting. Enter the invoice number as the payment reference; this way the payment is matched to the open invoice automatically.
Manage payment method
Via Manage payments you open the secure Stripe customer portal. There you store or change your card or SEPA details without them being stored at VidiReserve. If you chose bank transfer when booking, you can switch to automatic charging at any time via Set up automatic payment.
Your invoices in the backoffice
Under My Subscription you find the Invoices section listing all invoices of your business — with number, period, amount and status. Use View to open the invoice as a web page, or the XML icon to download the machine-readable XRechnung for your accounting. Both links work without signing in again.
Right above it you find the Billing details card: change the invoice recipient, address, VAT ID and the billing email at any time — new invoices are sent to that address automatically (with the XRechnung attachment). Changes apply to future invoices; invoices already issued remain unchanged.
Trial period
New businesses start with a 30-day free trial including sample data, so you can try all features straight away. The remaining time is shown at the top of your subscription; after that you book the plan you want.
