Offers with date picker
An offer with date picker has no fixed dates. You define once how long it takes, when it can take place and which packages there are — your guests pick the day and time themselves. Typical examples are a kids’ birthday party, a farm tour, a tasting or an escape room. Every booking automatically becomes its own exclusive date in your event list.
Create an offer
Open Events → Offers with date picker and click New offer. Enter a title and description (German and English), optionally an image and a custom label. The duration (15 to 720 minutes) sets how long a booked date occupies the slot. New offers are active right away and count like an event towards the quota of your plan. Use the switch in the list to make an offer inactive — it can no longer be booked, existing bookings stay. Deleting is only possible as long as no date has been booked yet; a cancelled, expired or past date counts too. In that case deactivate the offer instead.
Time windows, lead time and capacity
For each weekday you enter up to three time windows, for example Saturday 10:00–17:00. A date can start within a window; the last start is the end of the window minus the duration. The end may be 24:00. How close together the start times are is set under Start times every (15, 30 or 60 minutes).
- Lead time: guests must book at least this many hours in advance (for example 48 hours).
- Bookable up to (days ahead): how many days ahead the calendar shows free times.
- Capacity per time: how many groups can book the same time (up to 20). Each group gets its own date. A time counts as taken as soon as dates overlap.
- Blocked dates: one date per line; your closure days apply anyway.
If you select areas, booked dates block these areas for the whole day, like any event.
Packages and booking mode
Guests always book a package — with a price, included persons, a price per additional person and the minimum and maximum, exactly as for exclusive events. At least one package must be active, otherwise the form does not save. Under Booking and payment you choose Direct booking or On request: with a booking on request, the date holds the slot until you confirm or decline — declining frees the time again. Payment method, deposit, cancellation terms and notes for participants work as for events.
Bookings and dates
Every booking creates its own date. You find it in the event list with the offer’s tag; there you confirm, reschedule or cancel it like any other event, and emails, receipts and payment links work as usual. Duplicating, series and merging are not available for these dates, and “Exclusively bookable” stays switched on. The single date never appears publicly — links in emails and in the guest account lead to the offer’s page. A date whose booking has expired or was cancelled no longer shows in the event list and calendar; it stays reachable from the booking.
On your website: guest page and widget
Every active offer has its own guest page with a calendar: days with free times are marked, a click shows the start times, then comes the booking form. Open the link from the list via View guest page (for event providers View public page). For your own website there is the Offers Widget under Widget — all offers as cards or a single offer as a button. How to embed the code is explained under Embedding the widget.
