Statistics & reports

The reports show you at a glance how busy your business is, when the peak times are and how no-shows and cancellations are developing. This lets you make decisions about staff, opening hours and your offer based on real numbers.

Choose a period

In the sidebar, open Reports. At the top you choose the period: this week, this month, this year or a custom range with a from and to date.

The quick select above the date fields jumps to today, yesterday, this or last week, this or last month and this year in one click — enter a from and to date instead and your own range applies.

Key figures

The overview cards summarise the most important values: number of reservations, total guests, average party size, no-show rate, cancellation rate and completed visits.

Revenue

If a POS is connected, VidiReserve evaluates the till receipts: total revenue, tips and the average bill, broken down by payment method (cash, card, voucher, other). Without a POS connection this block stays empty; pure event providers do not see it.

Occupancy & top guests

Further down you see the peak times by hour, the distribution across weekdays, the occupancy of individual tables and sections, and your top guests by number of visits. The daily occupancy bar chart highlights today. The table utilisation view also shows the number of no-shows per table, which helps you spot tables that are frequently booked but not honoured.

Use these figures for planning: shift the peak times to schedule staff, decide which weekdays justify extra opening hours, and identify your regulars so you can reward them through the loyalty program.
