Menu
With the digital menu you show your guests directly on your guest page what you offer. You maintain categories and dishes in one place β bilingual, with prices and labels for vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Maintaining categories & dishes
Open My Restaurant β Menu. First create a category at the top (e.g. "Starters", "Mains", "Drinks"). Within each category you then add dishes. For each dish you maintain:
- Name and description.
- Price (shown with a β¬ sign).
- The V (vegetarian) and VG (vegan) labels.
- Optionally an image from your media gallery.
- The Active switch β only active dishes appear publicly.
All fields are edited directly in the list and saved automatically when you leave the field. Categories and dishes can be sorted via drag & drop.
Submit your menu β we enter it for you
Already have your menu as a PDF and would rather not type anything? Then simply submit it to us: at the top of My Restaurant β Menu you will find the Submit your menu section. Upload your PDF there (10 MB maximum) and add a short note if needed β for example that only the evening menu should be entered, or from which date new prices apply.
Submitting automatically creates a support ticket with your PDF attached to it. We enter categories, dishes and prices for you and get back to you as soon as the menu is in place or if anything is unclear. You can follow the progress at any time under Support tickets, where you can also reply directly.
After that the menu is entirely yours again: changes to individual dishes, prices or availability are made by you in the list at any time β there is no need to submit the menu again.
Display on the guest page
The maintained menu appears on your public guest page as an expandable "Menu" section, organised by category and with the vegetarian and vegan labels. Deactivated dishes and empty categories are not shown there. This way guests see what to expect even before reserving.
