Live floor plan
The Floor Plan Live shows your rooms graphically and in real time: each table appears at its position and is coloured by occupancy. During service you see immediately which tables are free, occupied or reserved. You open the view via Floor Plan Live in the sidebar.
Table states
The colours show the state of each table:
- Free — white.
- Free with an upcoming reservation — dashed blue, with the time of the next guest.
- Occupied, confirmed — green.
- Occupied, pending — orange.
- Group booking — purple.
- Blocked — grey with a lock icon.
At the top you see a statistics bar with the number of free and occupied tables, the guest count and the occupancy in percent.
Working with tables
- Click a free table to seat a walk-in guest directly there.
- Click an occupied table to open and edit the reservation.
- Use the room toggles at the top to show all rooms or a single section.
Changing date & time
With the day arrows and the date and time fields you look at the occupancy at any point in time; with Now you jump back to the current time. Via the buttons you also reach the Room Overview and the editor, where you maintain the table layout.
On a smartphone the floor plan shows a compact table list per section instead of the graphic — with the same colours and occupancy data.
